The flagship engagement

The 2690 Build.

One connected workflow, AI tool, or custom app for your brand. We build and test it, then train your team to use it. Projects start at $10,000; larger systems are scoped in phases.

ExamplesFix the work between teams.

Start with the handoff that keeps delaying a launch, leaving approved creative unused, or hiding a product issue. The tools follow the job.

Run launches from one plan

Keep dates, owners, approvals, and status in a shared record so teams and partners see the same changes.

Know which creative is ready

Make the path from brief to approved asset and live ad visible to your brand and agency.

Find recurring product issues

Combine review, support, and return signals; let AI surface patterns with source evidence for a person to review.

What happens in the engagement.

You make the business decisions. Matt translates the operating job into a clear scope; Mike leads engineering and testing.

1. Choose the job

We look at the current steps, systems, owners, exceptions, and the outcome that matters. For qualified projects, the initial review and recommendation are free.

2. Agree on the build

We agree on the work, price, schedule, access, and the checks the system must pass. If a technical question needs proof, we agree on a small prototype at our expense before you commit to the full build.

3. Build and test

We implement the agreed system, test real paths and exceptions, and review it with the people who will use it.

4. Train and hand over

We train your team, hand over the agreed code and documentation, and include 30 days of agreed post-delivery support. Final payment follows the acceptance checks in the agreement.

A useful fit when…

A repeatable job has become too important to keep reconstructing from messages, spreadsheets, and memory.

You already know the pain

The same updates, approvals, or checks recur every week, and the team can show us how the work happens now.

You have an AI idea

You can describe what you want people to do differently. We help decide whether AI belongs in the solution and what information it would need.

You need a team-owned result

You want a system the team can use and maintain, rather than a demo that still depends on its creator.

The decisions before the build.

Small sprints start from 3 weeks. Larger builds are planned for 5–6 weeks. We agree the scope and schedule before kickoff; larger systems are delivered in phases.

What does the first review cover?

One proposed job, the agreed materials, and a recommendation. It is free for qualified projects. Detailed implementation and a team-ready system are paid work.

What do you need from us?

A person who can decide, access to the relevant tools, and time with the team doing the work. Timely feedback and approvals help us keep the agreed schedule. We set review dates together and identify outstanding access and decisions before kickoff.

What can AI do by itself?

We agree that for each task. AI may prepare work or flag exceptions. Spend changes, customer-facing actions, and other consequential decisions have an explicit approval owner.

What if it fails the checks?

If our work fails the agreed checks within scope, we fix it at no extra cost. The agreement sets review and fix periods and what happens if it still cannot pass. Final payment is tied to acceptance.

What costs continue?

We identify hosting, software subscriptions, and API usage before you commit. The agreement covers software rights, maintenance ownership, and any support beyond the included 30 days.

Bring one real example.

A messy launch, approval chain, report, or handoff is enough to start the conversation. No technical brief required.
