Business systems for
growing consumer brands.

Your team should
run the business.
Not hold it together.

We help founders of growing DTC, eCommerce, and CPG brands put AI to work. We connect your tools and build useful custom software.

Work with an experienced operator and software engineer. You don’t need to hire full-time or manage the build.

Your best people shouldn’t be the workaround.

Growing brands accumulate spreadsheets, follow-ups, and manual fixes. Those workarounds become operational debt. It slows decisions and drains teams. The cost reaches your culture—not just your profit margins and growth rate.

Too much manual work.

Repeat steps, rebuilt reports, and time spent hunting for answers.

Gaps between tools.

Your people carry information between systems that should work together.

Something your tools can’t do.

A new app, better use of data, or a process you haven’t built yet.

The answer isn’t always another app.

We start with what matters to your business—and whether the fix is worth the cost. Then we combine the approaches that fit.

Better workflows

Clear steps, clear owners, better use of existing tools.

Connected tools

Data moves between tools without manual handoffs.

AI and automation

Automate routine work. Keep checks where they matter.

Custom software

Purpose-built apps when existing tools don’t fit.

We keep what fits. Connecting your tools or changing their setup may be enough.

Good, fast, affordable.
The trade-offs have changed.

Better tools should change how the work is delivered. We pair eCommerce operations with hands-on engineering to cut handoffs, test a useful starting point, and put working systems into daily use.

eCommerce operations

Start with your bottleneck, the people doing the work, and a useful measure of improvement.

AI-assisted engineering

Use current AI tools to reduce repetitive build work. Mike checks the results against real tasks.

Direct founder delivery

Matt and Mike scope and deliver the work. Decisions stay close to the people building it.

A plan is the starting point. A working system is the deliverable.

Start with what AI could make possible. We assess ideas against your business needs and use the tools that fit. The size and complexity of the work still affect timing and price.

Can you fulfill that wholesale order?

Example: a wholesale order. Bring orders, stock, and retail commitments together before sales makes a promise.

Illustrative example—not client work.

Check the inputs.

  • Online orders
  • Warehouse stock
  • Retail commitments

Bring the facts together.

One review, with sources and update times.

One of two outcomes

Old stock data? Hold.

Operations checks the stock before sales commits.

Stock confirmed? Go.

Record the source and decision. Sales can make the promise.

Checks built into the workflow

Old data, failed connections, and missing approvals.

How we would measure improvement

Time to confirm stock, manual follow-ups, and promises made using stale data.

Launch a useful system.
Built for your brand.

Start with one useful system for your business. An AI idea, a connected workflow, or a custom app. We agree what it needs to do, build it, and train your team to use it.

Projects start at$15,000

Typical timeline: 4–8 weeks

From project kickoff.

Done for you. Built to be yours.

You bring the business context. We handle design, engineering, and testing. We agree who will use the system, which tools it connects, and how we’ll check that it works.

See how we start

We agree the scope and price before work begins. Timing depends on the work, the tools we connect, and access to your systems. We agree the schedule before starting.

From business problem to daily use.

  1. Define the result

Choose one job the system needs to do and who will use it. Agree what should improve and how we’ll check the result.

  2. Prove the hard part

Test the part we’re least sure about with agreed examples. If a prototype is needed, see what works and what doesn’t before the full build.

  3. Build for daily use

See the work in weekly demos. Before starting, we agree when you’ll see the first working version. We test real tasks, errors, approvals, and ways to recover.

  4. Put your team in control

Train users, name the owner, and hand over code, guides, and recovery steps so your team can run it.

Scope, ownership & support.

Scope & price
Agree who it’s for, what we’ll build, what’s included, and the price and schedule. We agree any changes to the scope separately.
Agreed checks before final payment
We agree how to check the system before building. Final payment is tied to acceptance. Read how the protection works.
Ownership & costs
Agree access, software rights, running costs, and who will look after the system.
Use & recovery
Tested against the agreed goal and used in real work. Your team has a named owner and a tested way to recover if something goes wrong.
30-day support
Builds include 30 days of agreed support. Any later work is agreed separately.

Other ways to work with us.

Focused support for an existing app or a specific team workflow.

Get your AI-built app ready for daily use.

Starting at$10,000

PrototypeTested release

We review the code, make agreed fixes, and test the app. We add safe ways to update it and recover if something goes wrong.

We review before quoting. Some apps need a rebuild.

Set up a shared AI workspace.

Starting at$5,000

Files + toolsShared workspace

An AI workspace in HQ for one agreed team workflow, with connected files and tools, testing, and team training.

HQ is optional. Software fees are separate.

A clear plan.
Before you commit.

Meet with Matt, let us review the work, then decide on the next step.

Follow-up within one week of receiving the agreed materials.

  1. First call: find the fit.

Book a 30-minute intro call with Matt. Discuss the problem, desired outcome, and fit. No exact build brief needed.

  2. We review and plan.

We review the agreed process, tools, or code and recommend a practical starting point.

  3. Second call: decide.

Walk through the findings, scope, price, and proposed timeline. You decide whether to proceed.

Before you get started.

Do I need to know exactly what to build?

No exact build brief needed. Bring an idea or a task you want to improve. We’ll help choose a useful starting point.

Real examples, relevant access, and someone who can make decisions. That’s what we need from you. You don’t need to write code or manage the build.

What happens before I pay?

For qualified projects, the initial review and planning are at no charge. We agree the scope, price, schedule, and payment terms before paid work begins. You decide whether to proceed.

When would you build a prototype at your expense?

For qualified projects, when we need to test whether the idea will work, we build a small prototype at our expense, before you commit to the full build.

We agree what to test, what counts as a pass, and when you’ll see it. If it falls short, we explain why and suggest a change or a stop. Making it ready for daily use is part of the paid build.

What if the system doesn’t pass the agreed checks?

We agree the checks your system must pass. If our work fails those checks within the agreed scope, we fix it at no extra cost. Final payment is tied to acceptance.

Before starting, we agree how long you have to review the work, our time to fix it, and what we need from your team. We also agree what happens if it still cannot pass.

What happens after the included 30 days of support?

Before handover, we list running costs and who looks after the system. Your team gets code, guides, and training. We agree any later support or new work separately.

What would you like
to build or improve?

Bring an AI idea, something your tools can’t do, or work that takes too much time. We’ll help you choose a useful starting point and handle the build.
