Bring customer feedback into one weekly view

Reviews, tickets, and survey responses are read by different teams.

For a team receiving feedback through reviews, support, surveys, and interviews.

What good looks like.

A short digest shows source-linked themes, conflicting evidence, coverage gaps, and decisions worth discussing.

Where AI could help.

AI could suggest tags and draft theme summaries from approved excerpts. A researcher audits labels, verifies quotes, and keeps rare or contradictory feedback visible.

How the work could move.

A suggested process to adapt to your team. Each handoff needs a clear owner and a visible check.

  1. Define the week’s evidence

    Researcher

Record source, period, inclusion rules, and available counts in a collection note.

Ready when: Readers can tell which channels and customers are absent.

  2. Prepare the evidence table

    Research assistant

Deduplicate entries, remove unnecessary identifiers, and retain source links and context.

Ready when: Each retained excerpt can be checked by an authorized reviewer.

  3. Assess recurring themes

    Research lead

Tag needs and objections, sample-check labels, and add contrary examples to a theme table.

Ready when: Counts describe the reviewed evidence rather than the entire customer base.

  4. Route a decision

    Product and CX leads

Record which theme needs action, further research, or no change in the weekly digest.

Ready when: Each chosen follow-up has an owner, a question, and a review date.

Start with your tools.

Start with permitted exports and an evidence table in a spreadsheet or research repository. Link to restricted source records and omit customer identifiers that the digest does not need.

When things go wrong.

  • Repeated copies of one complaint count as one underlying example.
  • Missing channels are called out instead of treated as no feedback.
  • A sensitive source excerpt stays in the restricted repository; the digest uses an appropriate summary.

A useful first step.

Audit ten entries from two channels and see whether another researcher agrees with the tags.

What to measure

Track source coverage, audited tag agreement, and follow-ups completed after the digest.
