Your brand grew. Now help the work keep up.

A product detail changes in one tool but not the others. A report needs numbers from three sheets. An approval gets lost in Slack. More products, people, and partners mean more work to keep everyone up to date.

That’s operational debt: the manual work and workarounds that build up as your brand grows.

We find what keeps causing it and build the connections, rules, or software your team needs.

A creative lead at her laptop. A second silhouette carries the extra tasks: chase approvals, find the file, update the sheet, and follow up.

Build your brand’s digital assembly line.

Your brand already runs on software. A digital assembly line connects the information and steps between those tools, with AI doing a defined part of the work.

  1. 1. Reliable information.

Bring the files, product details, dates, and status together. Give your team one shared record to work from.

  2. 2. Clear steps and owners.

Set who does what, what needs approval, and what happens next. Keep a record so people can see what’s done.

  3. 3. AI with a clear job.

AI can draft a brief, find patterns, or flag missing information. Decide what it can do on its own and what a person must approve.

Start where work gets stuck.

Choose an important job your team repeats. Here are three places to look.

“Which approved ads actually went live?”

Connect the brief, approved file, launch owner, and live ad. See what is waiting and who has the next step.

“Did everyone get the new launch date?”

Give marketing, operations, and partners one current plan. Show which approvals and tasks need to change.

Launch coordination ↗

“Why does this product keep coming back?”

Bring reviews, tickets, and return reasons together. Use AI to find recurring issues, with the source feedback attached.

The 2690 Build.

An AI tool, connected workflow, or custom app. Built around one important job, tested with your team, and handed over with training.

Projects start at$10,000

Small sprints from 3 weeks.
Larger builds planned for 5–6 weeks.

We agree the scope and schedule before kickoff.

A working system for your team.

Before we start, you know what we’re building, which tools it connects, and how we’ll test it.

Explore the 2690 Build ↗

Timing depends on scope, system access, and timely feedback and approvals. We agree review dates together to keep the work moving. Larger systems are scoped and delivered in phases.

Free initial review

For qualified projects, we review the agreed materials and recommend a starting point before you pay for a build.

Agreed checks before final payment

You know what the system must do. We test it with your team and tie final payment to those checks.

Built for brands with more to coordinate.

Our focus is founders and leaders at $25M–$200M ecommerce, DTC, and CPG brands, with lean teams working across products, channels, agencies, and partners.

The first project starts with a recurring problem your team can show us and an owner who can make decisions.

Already started something? We also help with AI-built app readiness, from $7,500, and shared AI workspaces, from $5,000.

More about us and why we started 2690 ↗

Before you get in touch.

Do you work with agencies, media companies, and SaaS businesses too?

Yes. We also help agencies that serve consumer brands, media companies, and SaaS businesses. If your team is dealing with disconnected data, repeated manual work, or software that needs improving, we can help you figure out what’s worth building.

Can we start with an AI idea?

Yes. Bring the job you want AI to do. We check the information it needs, the tools it must use, and who approves its output. If those foundations already work, we can build on them.

Why hire 2690 if we can build it ourselves?

You may be able to. We help when the team needs someone to define the scope, connect the systems, test real use and exceptions, and own the technical delivery. You work directly with Matt and Mike.

Do we have to buy an audit first?

No. For qualified projects, the initial review and recommendation are free. We agree what to review and show the scope, price, and plan before you commit to a build.

What if an important technical question needs testing?

We agree on a small prototype at our expense before the full build. It has a specific question, pass criteria, and review date. Making it ready for daily use is part of the paid project.

What happens at handover?

Final payment is tied to the checks agreed upfront. Code, documentation, training, and 30 days of agreed support are included. We agree running costs, software rights, review periods, and ongoing ownership in the project scope. Read the delivery details.

What does your team keep chasing?

Tell us what happens today, where it gets stuck, and what you want to change. Matt will reply with where we’d start. An AI idea or an existing app is welcome too.
